This Privacy Policy explains how NestIt NYC ("NestIt", "we", "us") collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit nestitnyc.com or submit a request through it. It applies to this website only. By using the site or submitting a form, you acknowledge the practices described here.

When you use a form on this site, we collect the information you enter:

Information collected automatically
When you browse the site, Google Analytics 4 collects usage information such as the pages you view, how you arrived, your device and browser type, and your approximate location derived from your IP address. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and secure the site.
How we use it
- To respond to your request and match you with a real estate agent.
- To contact you about your request by phone, email or text message, as described below.
- To understand how visitors use the site and improve it.
- To keep the site secure, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations.
Calls, texts and email
When you submit a form, you agree to be contacted by NestIt NYC and its partner agents by phone, email or SMS about your request. Message frequency varies with your request, and message and data rates may apply.
To stop text messages, reply STOP. For help, reply HELP or email info@nestitnyc.com. Mobile numbers and text-message consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
To stop calls or emails, tell the person contacting you, or email us and we will pass your request to any partner agent we shared your details with.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information for as long as it is needed to handle your request and any resulting transaction, and as required for legal, tax and record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time; see Your choices and rights.
Newsletter sign-ups that are never confirmed are deleted about a week after the confirmation link expires. When you unsubscribe, we keep your address marked as unsubscribed so that we do not email it again. Every newsletter email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
How we protect it
The site is served over encrypted HTTPS connections, and form submissions are stored with our hosting provider, with access limited to authorized NestIt staff. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you;
- correct information that is wrong;
- delete your information and stop contacting you.

Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.
